Is OrchardAds an official Apple product?

No. OrchardAds is an independent third-party tool built on Apple's official Ads Campaign Management API v5. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Apple Inc.

How is my Apple Ads data handled?

Your Apple Ads credentials (Client ID, Team ID, Key ID) are encrypted and stored securely. We never share or sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What happens if I lose access to my Apple Ads account?

You can re-authenticate at any time from your profile settings by uploading a new public key and entering updated credentials.

Do you offer refunds?

OrchardAds is currently free to use. If we introduce paid tiers in the future, refund policies will be clearly communicated in our Terms & Conditions.
